The next morning, Dessa woke and yawned. She looked at Brent. "Mmmh, hello." she whispered in his ear. Dessa sat up and rested a hand on her stomach. here was a buldge. Her eyes grew wide and she looked down. "Oh, god. Over night?!"

He started to wake slowly. "What over night?" in a sleepy tone indicating he's half asleep. "What do you mean by that Dessa?" he cuddled closer to her as he started to go back into a more heavy sleep

Dessa couldn't explain how she felt at that very moment. Was she angry, sad? Happy, scarred? Dessa's eyes were wide as she didn't move a sigle inch or look away from her stomach. "I'm... Pregnant..." was all she could say.

He got even closer to her, "Mmhh new little people will be born then huh?" He looks over to her "By the way is pregnant good or bad for people?" as he puts his hand on her newly bigger belly.

"It's okay, I guess..." she whispered, closing her eyes. As she spoke, the baby had kicked at Brent's hand. Dessa sighed and looked down. "I'm sorry for getting you sucked into this... It's all my fault." she said, feeling ashamed.

Brent looked at her and smiled, "Getting sucked into this? What are you talking about? I'm glad we did it and actually met in the beginning!" He goes up and kisses her lips softly. "I'm so happy someone actually has had the time to get to know me and turn my crappy life around! Thanks!"

Dessa kissed him back. "I'm sorry for ever being rud in the begining. I'm a little protective of my people an don't like meeting others; but, I'm glad I met you too." She smiled and hugged him.

He smiled and hugged her back and kissed her, "It was literally the best decision to follow you when you headed for town and followed you here to this place we bonded quickly and became......well.....mates you know"

"Yeah." Dessa rolled onto the werewolf and she kissed him tenderly. "I know." After a few months passed, Dessa had become a bit bigger. Dessa looked at her werewolf mate and whimpered. "Brent, I'm hungry~"

Brent looks at her and laughs a bit, "You just ate a few minuet's ago Dessa." He started to cook again and was whistling a bit. It's been such a long time since they first met and that he got her pregnant with there child. I hope it comes out alright... he thought.

Dessa shrugged when he pointed out they had just ate. She watched him begin cooking again as he whistled, looking bothered. Dessa walked up behind him and wrapped her arms around his chest. "Babe, you seem bothered. What's keeping you?" she said, kissing his neck.

He stopped and turned around and held her tightly and kissed her sweetly, "Nothing's wrong just remembering when we first met is all. You know, remembering the past as i cook." He kisses her softly on her lips and smiles at her. "Don't worry alright, I'm fine."

Dessa had that Your-Not-Telling-Me look on er face as she stared up at him. "Brent, I don't like to be lied to. Please, tell me what's botering you." she whispered.

He stare's at her, "What do you mean? I'm just remembering the good times we've been happy here in this little room you know. Nothing's bugging me except.....if the baby will come out alright or not......that's really all I'm thinking about."

Dessa kissed him. "Brent, the baby will be fine. You don't have to worry. I'm stronger than I look." Silence. Dessa stared at her mate before finally speaking again. "Would sex make you feel better?"

He stares at her, "Sex.....while your pregnant? Couldn't that hurt the baby somehow? I trust you that the baby will be fine when it comes out but i don't want to hurt you in anyway you know."

"No, it won't hurt the baby. But... If you don't want to, that's okay." Dess sat back on the couch and sarted watching TV. Why was he even worried about that? Brent.
